Payments & Cancellation Policy

Insurance Policy As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I provide detailed receipts for all sessions you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. While I don't bill insurance companies directly, I'm happy to help you understand the documentation you'll need for your claims. Please verify your coverage for RCC services with your insurance provider before our first session.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations I value our time together and maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure I can serve all my clients effectively. Please notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice or missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate. This policy helps maintain availability for all clients who may need support.
